The address of IETF 127 meeting location is provided below. You can book your hotel reservation at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square via your participant dashboard once you register for the meeting. Our room block is available from 9 - 22 November. Rates will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after our room block dates upon availability.
NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty until 3 days prior to the check- in/arrival date. For cancellations less than 3 days prior to check-in/arrival, the Hotel holds the right to retain the deposit paid by guests at the cut-off date as a cancellation fee. However in the event the Hotel is fully booked on any nights during the event, the Hotel may not charge the cancellation fee for that night.
Should the guest cancel or no-show as a result of a death or serious illness leading to a last minute cancellation, cancellation or no-show shall be subject to exemption by the Hotel on a case-by-case basis.

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 23:59 on the night of the arrival date. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
Guest Substitution: The Client may substitute names for reserved rooms without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.
